How to Submit These Forms

Choose one of the following filing options:

Paper. Print the completed forms and file (submit) them with the clerk of the district court.

Electronic. If you are filing a Motion for Expungement of an Eviction Record or the Return of Service for the Motion, you may instead complete and file those documents electronically through the Kansas Courts Self-Represented Litigant Eviction Expungement Portal.
