Notice of New Bilingual Legal Forms in Spanish and Vietnamese

Additional legal forms in Spanish and Vietnamese are now available.
(Not all Judicial Council legal forms have been translated to Spanish and/or Vietnamese.)
The translation of forms is made possible by the Office of Judicial Administration.
New Spanish Legal Forms
- Small Claims – Spanish
- Expungement (Adult) – Spanish
- CINC Form 142 – (Spanish) Stipulation or No Contest Statement
- CINC Form 183 – (Spanish) Relinquishment of Minor Child to Agency
