Notice of Small Claims Legal Forms Update
Small Claims Forms Updated
The Kansas Judicial Council has amended the following legal forms.
Forms are available for download under Legal Forms.
Small Claims– 2 amended forms
Changes to the forms include:
- Updating the claim maximum amount;
- Moving information about presenting evidence and obtaining subpoenas from the Summons form to the instruction forms (updated instruction forms will be published in September)
- Clarifying the process for how the defendant can access the Defendant's Claim form; and
- Removing the reference to a separate instruction form for the Defendant's Claim form.
